Buyers Inspection

Comprehensive Buyers Inspection: Our Comprehensive Home Inspection is a 2-4 hour visual examination of all accessible components and systems. Accessible roofs will be walked; all accessible areas of the crawlspace and attic will be entered. A report of approximately 10-20 pages with full color photos of all areas of concern will be prepared. The report will be available with in 24hrs, emailed directly to you and anyone you wish receive a copy. We encourage you to attend the inspection to gain a better understanding of your new home. The inspection process is done in three phases and allows ample time for us to stop and discuss our findings with you.
