Saved the Homebuyers Several Hundred Dollars

Here is what you may not find in your new home until it’s too late because you didn’t hire New Beginnings Home Inspection. This was found in a 20 yr. old home that was just remolded by a local contractor. The problem came from the service entrance cable not being sealed properly.

We take all dead plates off during our inspection to check for correct wire size, panel bonding and water issues. This issue saved the home buyer several hundred dollars.
